I felt like a kid in a candy store while sifting through the reams of technological data showing what Dr. Greer and his team have in mind for the future. With an avid interest in quantum mechanics and The Science of Consciousness, I spotted one particular application that mesmerized me. It has been labeled, Precursor Engineering Physics, and is based on the work of Thomas Bearden (Bearden 2009). It posits that nothing less than "directly engineering physical reality at will" is possible following the methods of the Nobel Laureate physicist Paul Dirac's concept of "local vacuum tickling (Dirac, 1928)."
According to Dr. Greer, one of the major reasons for the massive cover-up of information related to UFOs is linked to our entire multi-trillion dollar transportation and energy sector. As noted in part one of this article, ETs are traveling interstellar distances not using conventional earth-type fuels. They utilize the energy from space itself referred to as zero-point energy, or energy from the "quantum vacuum," producing a piezoelectric reaction resulting in a Meissner effect (levitation). Excellent reviews presenting zero-point energy have been published by Bearden (2002), King (2001), Manning and Garbon (2009), Valone (2007), Vassilatos (1999) and many others.
The availability of zero-point energy coupled with antigravity or electrogravitic transportation technology will totally alter the way people live, travel, and work creating a shift in the "balance of power." It was immediately recognized that these devices were not your dad's Oldsmobile. These major changes would impact the way global money flows given that 15 of the world's 20 largest oil companies are owned by governments who rely on that income. In the interest of self-preservation, a cover-up of even a partial amount of this data became imperative.
On January 17th, 1961 President Dwight D. Eisenhower clearly articulated a warning to the people of the United State pertaining this matter during his exit speech.
"In the councils of Government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the Military Industrial Complex."
Going back to the early 1950s, basic technology and physics behind ET spacecraft were discovered through very intensive reverse-engineering projects. Hence why secrecy was viewed as a requirement, even taking the matter out of the hands of most in the government's chain of command.
"At the end of my meeting with CIA director R. James Woolsey, I gave him a white paper with a set of recommendations and told him, "We need you along with the president to help and read this effort to bring this information out and disclose it." Woolsey looked at me and said: "How do we disclose that which we have no access to or control of? We have no access to these programs." It was a very poignant moment for me sitting with someone of that level of government who was actively being denied information and access with control over projects that I had proved exist".
People always think that just because you are the Secretary of Defense, or just because you're the President that you are going to be told everything, well they're not. The Congress is similarly kept in the dark on these really sensitive issues. Not only is it illegal and unconstitutional, it's very dangerous. I think this requires we the people to come together. We are going to end the secrecy by coming together with this and have the information with people who are from deep inside or have been involved in projects and bring out the truth."
What makes this topic so intriguing is the science behind these energy and UFO propulsion systems. At this point, Space Energy Access Systems, Inc. (SEAS) [now The Orion Project] has identified scientists capable of developing technologies to completely replace fossil fuels. They estimate that a generation one version of such an energy generating system can be ready for widespread application in 12-36 months. Many inventors of these systems were denied patents and intellectual property protection using systematic action by the US and other patent offices. Many were seized or suppressed by the illegal application of section 181 of the US Patent law or other illegal applications of national security provisions resulting in classification as being "significant to national security."
"We are going to make contact with these civilizations. The state department is going to be way late in doing this, unfortunately. As far of the technologies, I don't expect them to come out of Lockheed Skunk Works, they're going to stay in a classified box as if were that they call 'The Vault."
But such an undertaking, requiring millions of dollars in basic research and development funds remains unsupported by either the government or financial community.
"It was in 1954 that all of this went secret. Many don't realize that in the 40's and early 50's the aerospace journals were all about antigravity being the next best thing. Gravity control was being discussed rather openly and suddenly the lid was slammed on it. We had major breakthroughs between 1945-1954 that permitted us to master this technology and we didn't want anyone else to know it. This is of course during the height of the Cold War and World War II period and we've never gotten out of that secrecy.
There are unacknowledged special accessed projects, the public calls them "black projects" and if you look at the film Sirius, the day before 9/11 there were 2.3 trillion dollars unaccounted for in the Department of Defense budget that nobody can track, no one knows where it has gone, at all. Well we do, we know where it has gone and I can show you the corporate names and the facilities and the sub-facilities of where these funds have gone. And, by the way, that is enough money to give us Universal health care for everyone in America."
The Disclosure Project has gathered a list of over one hundred credible witnesses from various military and corporate agencies offering testimony in the areas of ET sightings, suppressed technologies and confirmation of cover-up data. Additionally, twenty three countries have released their intelligence files and are collaborating side-by-side in this effort. Those countries are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand Peru, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United Nations, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Vatican City.
Why is the United States not part of this list?
I personally found it rather astounding seeing how the church has not only offered its files, but also supported Monsignor Corrado Balducci to make frequent appearances on Rome's local television speaking of extraterrestrial encounters. On May 14, in an interview with the Vatican newspaper, L'Osservatore Romano published a headline, "The Extraterrestrial Is My Brother," as astronomer Jesuit Father José Gabriel Funes said that according to his "scientific judgment," the existence of extraterrestrials is a possibility. You may or may not know that Vatican City has its own Observatory with one of the world's most advanced technologically advanced telescopes.
One must consider what will happen when every village in India, Africa, South America or China has devices that could generate massive amounts of electrical power without pollution and without spending huge sums of energy on fuel. The entire world would be able to develop in an unprecedented fashion. The have-nots would have. The great terror is that humanity and Earth suffer needlessly. And the millions who are born and die in poverty, disease, and misery are quite probably a reality of our own making. With that suffering and ignorance are born myriad hatreds, and in those the horrors of 9/11.
"Over the last 22 years I have identified an extraordinary amount of "actionable intelligence," meaning patents of detailed schematics and information about how these technologies work and how they can be applied which mean we are not starting from scratch. We would be starting based on 100 years of data that we've been able to collect I have a computer disk that has literally thousands of pages of information that was given to me by someone connected to the CIA who wanted to see these technologies no longer kept secret."
If we are to survive, as a civilization, as a race of intelligent beings, then our ethical, moral, and spiritual development will have to catch up with our predilection for making war and threatening nature with industrial pollution.
Every day thousands of species of plants and animals are threatened with extinction by our unenlightened destructive ways. We threaten not only ourselves but the welfare of unborn generations of children who will inherit, at best, a wounded planet. Can we truly afford to jump to negative conclusions about the ET visitors before all the evidence is in? Is it not more reasonable to attempt to communicate and meet with them directly as CSETI has started to do, rather than just tell each other scary stories about what we imagine are their evil intentions? Can we afford to hate and fear them because they appear different from us and we do not understand their ways? I hope humanity will ponder these questions carefully.
