We know no king except the King in the North, whose name is ... meh ... what's your name again, dude?
Even after the biggest reveal in "Game of Thrones" history -- a scene confirming Ned Stark's sister Lyanna is Jon Snow's mother -- we still actually know nothing.
Was Lyanna kidnapped? Who is the father? (It's obviously Rhaegar Targaryen, but we'll play along, HBO.) And, most importantly, is Jon Snow really named "Jon Snow"?
In the scene from the Season 6 finale, we see Lyanna tell her brother Ned, "His name is ..." before the audio conveniently gets quiet and muffled.
For all we know, the Lyanna actress could've told Ned, "His name is ..." and then mumbled nonsense for the camera. But one Redditor has watched that nonsense over and over again and believes the mystery is solved.
Redditor sparkledavisjr says you can make out that the first letter of the name is "J" and adds, "I'm not a great lip-reader, but I'm fairly certain what she says is Jaehaerys."
Jaehaerys is a name Targaryens have used before, and the Redditor explains it'd make sense since "both previous Jaehaerys to rule were considered good Kings."

If Lyanna was in love with Rhaegar (as seems likely), it makes sense for their son to have a Targaryen traditional name like his siblings Aegon and Rhaenys. Jaehaerys would be a good pick as the name isn't associated with any real negative connotations, like Aerys, Maegor, etc. Not only is Jaehaerys the great-grandfather of Jon, he was the King who received the ORIGINAL PROPHECY about the prince who was promised from the woods witch with Jenny of Oldstones.
We know there are hints Jon Snow is the Prince that was Promised (a figure who will supposedly save everyone from the White Walkers). Melisandre is all in on that, too.
So could this shiz be true? Sure. Why not?
But there are some problems ...
For one, a previous Jaehaerys, Jaehaerys I, was known for his wisdom, and we hear all the time that Jon Snow doesn't know a lot. He certainly didn't show wisdom during "The Battle of the Bastards," running straight into Ramsay Bolton's trap.
Unless you're asking about hair care, Snow isn't the guy.
Plus, in a spoiler-filled infographic on HBO's MakingGameOfThrones.com, it's revealed that, yes, Rhaegar Targaryen is Jon Snow's daddy, but he also did actually kidnap Lyanna.
Assuming Lyanna was kidnapped and didn't run away with Rhaegar as fans believe, it's doubtful she'd want to give her kid a traditional Targaryen name.
If so, that'd even make the Mad King Aerys be like, "Lyanna, you cray."
HuffPost reached out to the Theorist That Was Promised, sparkledavisjr, who added another layer to the mystery, "I just want to add that some hard of hearing viewers have suggested that Lyanna may be saying 'His name and his house,' which is also a distinct possibility."
The Redditor says the response to the theory has been "a little overwhelming," but adds, "I think it's obvious by the number of comments it's received on Reddit and the number of times that it's appeared on entertainment websites that I am not the only one who wants to see this mystery resolved."
Whatever your opinion on the name, at least we can all agree ...
