The Pasinetti House By Architect Haralamb Georgescu

PHOTOS: $2.295 Million Beverly Hills Mid-Century Home By Haralamb Georgescu

Via Curbed LA: Romanian architect Haralamb Georgescu designed the Beverly Hills home after it was commissioned by Italian writer Pier Maria Pasinetti in 1958. According to Willow Glen Partners, the house was created specifically to entertain, and has hosted such Old Hollywood luminaries and design stars as Cary Grant, Charlie Chaplin, Gina Lollobrigida, Ingmar and Kabi Bergman, and Gio and Giulia Ponti. Unbelievably, the property was almost demolished in 2007 but escaped that fate thanks to the help of Willow Glen Partners. Since then, it has undergone a transformation and restoration, and is on the market for $2.295 million.
