If you had only one day to eat in New York City, you'd go dizzy trying to sample all its best restaurants. Luckily, there's a place where you can find some of these great eats -- sashimi by Sushi of Gari, a buttery lobster roll by Luke's Lobster, smoking-hot s'mores by Three Tarts -- under just one roof.

And fortunately for Raphael Pallais, chef concierge of The Plaza Hotel, he doesn't have to live vicariously through the guests he sends there -- he gets to pop in regularly himself. Because it's just downstairs to the glittering expanded wing of The Plaza Food Hall by Todd English.
