The Right Picture Can Tell Your Story

Innovators and leaders usually love - and can clearly see - their own strategy, in part because they developed it. But how to make everyone else - especially the team that needs to implement this vision - understand it?

Pictures are often the answer - not just because they look good, but because transforming your strategy into images forces you - and everyone else - to figure out:

  • How are we going to do this?
  • What - exactly - are we going to do?
  • What are the two or three most critical elements at every stage of this effort?
  • How can we make this strategy as clear, straightforward, and repeatable as possible, up (say to your board), down and across the organization (including a broad array of global audiences)?
