'The Soul Man' Premiere: Lolli Freaks Out When Boyce Has To Go In For A Colonoscopy (VIDEO)

On the season premiere of "The Soul Man," the church got new health insurance. That meant a physical for Boyce. He wound up having to get a colonoscopy, which caused Lolli to freak out. Also causing Lolli to freak out was the fact that she didn't understand any of the medical terms the doctor was using.

When the doctor told her they found a polyp, she lamented, "Oh, Lord! It’s a polyp!” When she was told it was benign, she got even more upset. "“Benign?!" she shouted. "Why? Why does it have to be benign?!"

“Relax! Benign is good," the doctor explained.

“It is?" Lolli asked. "Well, girl. You got me worked up for nothing! ‘Bout to ruin my makeup”

Star Niecy Nash took to Twitter to thank fans for turning into the show, along with the rest of the cast. The new season of "The Soul Man" continues every Wednesday at 11 p.m. ET on TV Land.
