In less than four years, you'll have the chance to once again vote in the U.S. presidential election. And even before then, maybe starting now, you have the extraordinary power and freedom to create change, start a movement, birth a dream, and dramatically make a difference.

Use all the energy you're feeling now for good.

Use this fire, this passion, to change the world, to let your voice be heard, to inspire, to lift, to encourage, and give others like you, a reason to believe that better times are ahead.

Listen to yourself. Calling names, trying to predicte the future, negatively labeling people, or trying to make others wrong, helps nothing. And if you're honest, it doesn't even feel good.

Choose less of what's stimulating and frightening you, and instead, come present, find your center, be grateful for all the love and goodness in your life, and consciously make yourself, and the world around you, more peaceful, joyful, kind, compassionate and connected. That's the leadership and change we need.

Today is because of what happened yesterday. Tomorrow is up to you, to us. You can sit there and feel bad. Or you can get up, stand with me, and confidently continue moving in the direction of your hopes, dreams, and desires. You can giveaway your future and mope. Or you can courageously reclaim your inherent power, and with incalculable intensity, go out and change the world.

Learn more. Grow more. Challenge yourself more. Follow your curiosity. Gain broad knowledge. Reach across the divide. Be an instrument of peace. And never, ever, settle for the status quo. Do you feel what happens when you choose to make your world a better place? Now, you're experiencing the true power of change.
