In my work with women, I see one common over and over and over again. Worthiness. We don't actually believe we are worthy of what we want. We settle, justify, and make excuses for why things aren't the way we want them - well, it's too expensive. I'm having a bad day. I'll do it tomorrow. I'll say it next time.

We hold ourselves back because deep down, we don't truly believe we are worthy of what we want. And this belief keeps us shackled to the proof of our own unworthiness - the toxic relationships, the unfulfilling jobs, the credit card debt. Unworthiness is a silent epidemic among women, and it's time to make some noise.

Worthy women will heal the world. It is time for us to stand up and say, no more. The world has been pushed to the brink by the masculine paradigm of leadership - climate change, political deadlock, corporate scandal - and change will only come when we band together to restore balance. But change doesn't happen tomorrow, or later. It happens today.

When we believe in our own worthiness, we are unstoppable. We move past our own fears, our own limiting beliefs, our own self-doubt in service of something greater.

Embracing your worthiness will challenge you. It will bring up all the old programming you've ever absorbed about not being smart enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, nice enough, quiet enough, loud enough, [insert adjective here] enough. The good news is that all of those beliefs are false. They are not who you truly are, because who you are is enough. Period. End of story. Just because you are alive. We need you to step into your feminine power and lead us in the way only you can. All you have to do is decide.

Decide you are enough. Decide you are powerful. Decide you are worthy. No one else can do this for you, it has to come from you. And when you declare that you are, you are.

Are you?
