I found this book to be very informative and motivational. Packed with informative information on how to cleanse and detoxify your body, which can prevent, treat, and overcome illnesses, diseases and promote weight loss. This book includes tons of delicious smoothie recipes, which not only taste good, but they're healthy and they will help you lose weight too.

JJ Smith's book
, "10-DAY green SMOOTHIE CLEANSE," gave me the insights to understanding the importance of detoxifying the body. The information concerning weight control is a critical factor to controlling weight and staying healthy. One important factor I learned from this book is that you need to make sure you maintain yourself at a healthy weight and incorporate exercise into your daily regimen. Creating a healthy lifestyle and eating right can change your entire life and it is imperative that after the cleanse you continue to eat right and take care of your body.

In chapter 4, almost quarter into the book, beginning on page 23, JJ Smith not only discusses how to do the 10-Day Cleanse, she shows you how by providing you with endless recipes that are not only beneficial to the body, but they are delicious as I have tried several myself.

She guides you step-by-step showing you how to prepare and do the 10-DaySmoothie Cleanse. Smith even gives you options by providing you with modified versions and snacks to choose from if you get hungry in between meals. The book is clear, concise, and easy-to-follow.


JJ Smith's natural, holistic approach to healing the body and losing weight by using fruits and vegetables is simply brilliant and effective. She helped me realize that WE control our bodies. We can change the way we look and feel by providing our bodies with the vitamins and nutrients we need through the foods we eat and by strengthening our body through exercise too. We do not need to rely on over the counter pills. We need to rely on ourselves. The food we put into our body plays a powerful role on how we look and feel.

As you continue reading, you will find on page 77 testimonials, from others, who have used JJ Smith's program. All of them discuss their success using Smith's 10-Day Smoothie Cleanse program. I am excited toward my new journey toward cleansing my body and experiencing weight loss. I thought to myself, if others had success, then I am sure I will too and I did. This book on cleansing the body and the recipes included were remarkable. The book captured my interest and it has motivated me to do the 10-Day Cleanse myself.

In addition, through reading this book I realize no matter what age you are you need to care for your body. If you have time to watch, TV or go shopping then you, have their time to put aside to care for your body the way you should. Everyone carries a certain degree of toxins in our body and if we want our body to perform at maximum level then we need to cleanse. Everyone should cleanse.

JJ Smith's book is an excellent book. It is packed with phenomenal advice, recipes and easy-to-follow directions. I found this book to be informative, motivating and was enjoyable to read.
