You're either a cat person or a dog person, but not both. If you're a cat person, you know your cat prefers to chill at home, usually far away from you, until their highnesses demand feeding. Dog people are generally attached to their slobbering canine companions, bringing them everywhere they possibly can - even to restaurants. Luckily, some restaurants are happy to oblige, embracing the pooches as lovingly as dog people embrace their furry friends.
The food: Norm's is in fact named after a dog -- which becomes obvious the second you walk into the dog photo-covered space. Humans can dine on burgers, beer, and cocktails while Rover chows down on the nightly "Doggie Bowl" special.
