I absolutely love the fall because I get to use one of my favorite ingredients in my cooking: pumpkin.
Pumpkin is an incredibly delicious flavor that only really gets fully utilized between September and November. As a result, I am currently looking for simple new recipes where I can include this tasty ingredient, like these mini pumpkin pie muffins.
And now, I'm adding a brand new recipe to my list of fall favorites: pumpkin cinnamon rolls. These sweet treats are ridiculously good, and they are so easy to make.
- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough
- 1/4 cup pumpkin filling
- cinnamon, as desired
- sugar, as desired
- cinnamon roll icing
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Unroll entire can of crescent roll dough.
- Spread pumpkin filling over dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over filling, as desired.
- Roll dough into a log.
- Cut roll into 8 slices.
- Place slices in greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle generously with icing.
- Serve and enjoy!
