The summer is officially here. For me, that means wearing less and going out more. Naturally I'd like to slim down some of my more fluffy areas like my waist while still preserving the curves. That's why I teamed up with professional fitness trainer Christian Castano to develop a workout for curvy girls. The Thick fit challenge is just that; a six-week fitness routine meant to get you fit while accentuating the curves.

Fitness enthusiast, Angelique Miles joined us at Tribeca Health a fitness, for week one. This music executive turned fitness advocate is a big proponent for women getting fit and staying fit at any age. When it comes to health wellness and beauty, she's the go to girl. When it comes to the curves what could be more important than the booty. We learned that the The gluteus maximus aka the booty is the largest muscle in the human body. It's alos the most underutilized say Christian. But we won't be having that problem for long.
Christian taught us all the tricks of the trade when it comes to building up your booty.
