This 5-Year-Old Proves You're Never Too Young To Be A Feminist

She's sharp as a tack and all about gender equality.

Need a refresher course on feminism? This 5-year-old can help.

In a video from Channel 4 for its documentary series “The Secret Life of 4, 5 and 6-Year-Olds,” a 5-year-old named Eva proves to the world that you’re never too young to be a feminist.

Throughout the video, Eva talks about the importance of women voting and shuts down a boy who thinks women can’t be scientists.

“I extracted the DNA from a banana once,” Eva says.

Channel 4 posted the video on Twitter, prompting viewers to share their love for Eva.

The gender equality warrior really made her mark when she taught martial arts to the same boy who thought women couldn’t be scientists. By the end of their lesson, she had convinced him that girls are just as capable as boys.

“She was very tough and very strong,” the boy says about Eva. “Like the Hulk.”
