In this episode of The #CommunityBuilder Series, I sit down with Michelle Gindi, a certified health coach and the founder of Buddha Bowls and Burpees to how she has built an engaged social media community.
Who is Michelle Gindi?
Michelle Gindi is an IIN certified health coach, specializing in family wellness. As a mom of two young daughters, she understands the hardships working moms are confronted with. Through social media and blogging, she shares her recommendations of practical and useful health/wellness tips for busy parents.
The rise of Buddha Bowls and Burpees
In 2016 Michelle opened her health coaching with no clients, and friends and family as her sole support system. Through actively reaching out to local community organizations and gyms offering free workshops and healthy cooking demonstrations, she began to build her authority and clientele. Within a year she grew an engaged organic Instagram community of over 12k.
