As human beings, we are always on a quest for fulfillment. We often hunger for a purpose or calling that will bring us into our authentic selves. We long to commit fully to our best lives and wonder what it is we need to find to feel whole and fulfilled.

However, our human brain tends to forget that our spirit does not operate from the dimension of need. There's nothing to find. It always operates from full and overflowing energy. The wholeness we seek outside ourselves is inside us right now. And while we frantically search for contentment, the abundant wellspring is ready, waiting to be uncovered by us.

Here are three ways to help you unleash your powerful source of energy and discover true fulfillment.

Be Amazed
During the course of your busy everyday routine, you may not take the time to see that the beauty of life around you. Finding what makes your jaw drop with wonder puts life's everyday monotony into perspective. Make time to walk through a park, take a hike in the woods, or visit an art museum. Gaze up at the moon, or down at an anthill. Let the potent vibrational energy you feel in the presence of something magnificent infuse your being and recognize that same energy resides in you as well.

Prioritize You
While you run to dental appointments, soccer practices, and budget meetings, it's easy to lose sight of your true needs. Carve out uninterrupted time during the day to get in touch with your vibrational energy. Forging that bond and awareness on a daily basis helps you make thoughtful decisions and remain present in your life. This powerful connection is there for you unconditionally, and the strengthened vibrational relationship with yourself enables you to be more available for others.

Go Inside
When you connect to spaciousness within you, your external reality - your career, your relationships, or your life - doesn't have to transform into something other than what it is. You can simply be who you are. Deep down you know fulfillment doesn't come from food, jobs, or your idea of romantic love. It springs organically from your soul. Your sacred inner connection to your spirit is what drives your life, delivers your true fulfillment, and provides the acceptance and wholeness you crave.

Mother Theresa once said, "Life is a promise. Fulfill it." Your journey toward fulfillment begins and ends with you. Honor yourself. Connect with your spirit because when you source your life from love, you're keeping the most important promise there is.
