Photos Show Apocalyptic Scenes After Massive Explosions In China

Hundreds are reported injured after the huge blasts at an industrial site.

Social media users in China captured apocalyptic scenes in the city of Tianjin on Wednesday after several explosions blasted fireballs and a mushroom cloud into the sky.

Chinese state media said over 300 people were injured and 50 died in the blasts, which took place at an industrial area where explosives were stored.

The explosions toppled buildings and ignited other fires in the vicinity, and all residents were being evacuated, according to China's state broadcaster.
