Tiger Woods is ready to return, even if he isn't expecting to win.

For the first time since undergoing back surgery in March, Woods is set to compete in a PGA Tour event. He announced via Facebook on Friday that he will play in the upcoming the Quicken Loans National at at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md. The 14-time major champion set expectations low for the tournament that begins on June 23.

Woods hasn't played in a PGA Tour event since March 9 at Doral and missed The Masters and U.S. Open while recovering from microdiscectomy surgery for a pinched nerve that had been bothering him as he got off to a poor start to the 2014 PGA Tour season.
