Tigers And Blue Jays Players Passed The Time With Rock-Paper-Scissors During Marathon Game (VIDEO)

WATCH: Opposing Ballplayers Pass The Time With Rock Paper Scissors

As the Blue Jays and Tigers battled through 19 innings of baseball on Sunday afternoon, even some players were having trouble staying focused. During the top of the 17th, Blue Jays second baseman Ryan Goins and Detroit's Nick Castellanos could be seen playing a friendly game of Rock, Paper, Scissors from their dugouts.

Judging from Castellanos' smile and fist pump, he might have gotten the better of Goins in that side matchup -- but it was Goins' Blue Jays that eventually took the game, 6-5.
