This Tiny Home In California Is One Small Abode We Could Actually Live In (PHOTOS)

We're getting ready to pack our bags and head out West.

There's no denying that we're huge fans of tiny homes. But we prefer to appreciate them from afar because the thought of trying to cram everything we own into a space that small is just a little too overwhelming for us. That was until we came across this little California Bungalow, a teeny dwelling that we could actually live in.

Coming in at 480 square feet, the small abode has one bedroom and one bathroom. Its fresh green exterior and impressive front yard filled with eclectic finds is totally cozy -- but the inside is even better. The bright white walls and numerous windows make the space feel super airy, while the furniture gives off a vintage vibe we crave.

For $449,000 we just hope that the "Jane Fonda's Workout Book" in the kitchen is included. Click through our slideshow to see photos of this awesome place, and head over to the listing site for more information.
