Feeling tired? Looking to fight off fatigue?
Diane Salvatore, Editor-In-Chief of Prevention Magazine, offered some tips to help fight the urge to doze off during the day. Besides getting more sleep, which can also help increase memory, Salvatore explained why simplifying decisions could fend off fatigue.
