Patriotic Toddler Is Devastated Because He Can't Vote

Little Xavier is beyond ready to rock the vote, but he's only 3 years old.

When the toddler's mom, Erica, brought him along to the polls in Illinois, he got upset when he learned couldn't cast his own ballot. Then his mom dropped the bombshell, and he freaked out.

"Did you know there's people out there who can vote that just don't?" she said.

That was too much for Xavier to handle, and -- as if on cue -- he began wailing.

Even though he can't partake for another 15 years, we have a feeling this little guy's going to be a champion of the democratic process.

All in good time, young patriot. All in good time.
