As your kids grow out of toddlerhood, they learn that their favorite color is "yellow," not "lello," and that a trip to the zoo is to see the "animals," not the "amnials." While language development is undoubtedly important, seeing those adorable malapropism's disappear from their vocabulary can feel like the end of an era.
