These uniquely delicious salty potatoes and their no cook mojo roja sauce are a staple in the Canary Islands. Learn from my travels and make these Canarian potatoes as a great tapa for your next party.

3 Dried chili peppers (picones)
1/4 cup Water
6 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Tsp cumin
Tsp smoke paprika
Sea Salt
