Paul F. Tompkins & Mary Lynn Rajskub As Reverse Polygamists On 'Raising Hope' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Paul F. Tompkins & Mary Lynn Rajskub On 'Raising Hope'

"A relationship isn't a two-way street, Mike, it's a five-way intersection."

When Virginia and Burt's nephew Mike returns home for a visit, he brings his new wife and three brother-husbands in tow. But the reverse polygamist marital bliss is short lived, as Mike's wife Tanya admits that the visit home was so that she and his brother-husbands could end their relationship with him.

The storyline of this week's episode of "Raising Hope," starring professional coolest-lady-on-the-planet Martha Plimpton, would have been good enough without featuring some great comics in the guest roles, but it certainly didn't hurt.

Paul F. Tompkins is hilarious as one of Mike's brother-husbands and Mary Lynn Rajskub manages to be both formidable and gentle as the wife of four man-children. On top of that, there's the always wonderful JK Simmons as Mike's father and Kate Micucci of Garfunkel and Oates helps Mike serenade his former wife and brother-husbands in a last ditch effort to win them back. Cheers to the casting directors!
