The "Top Chef" gang is cooking up a storm in the Pacific Northwest!
The Seattle-based 10th season will officially premiere on Wed., Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo, featuring renowned chef Wolfgang Puck as a new judge.
"Who would have ever known that this quirky little idea of a show would ever go on for so long and have so much success?" judge Gail Simmons says in the video above. "It's incredible."
"It's a great place to be," judge Hugh Acheson adds. "It's the Pacific Northwest. It's this amazing, burgeoning food scene."
