Tracee Ellis Ross followed up a fringe-tastic showing earlier this week with a stunning, transparent mock-neck gown with a tiered skirt and bustier-style bra at Essence’s Black Women in Hollywood awards on Thursday.

Ross, who joined the likes of Viola Davis, Issa Rae and Janelle Monae at the star-studded event, one-upped her own style with a flawless hair and makeup look. We love this combo of updo, pink lip and fierce brow.

The look’s playful nature was not lost on Ross, who captioned a photo of herself from the event “#DollBaby💝.”
