Tracy Morgan Performs First Standup Routine After Deadly Car Crash

It's been 16 months since he's appeared onstage like this.

Tracy Morgan jumped onstage Monday night at the Comedy Cellar in New York City. It was the first time the "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock" star has performed since his June 2014 accident.

The accident -- wherein a Walmart semi truck slammed into Morgan's limousine on the New Jersey turnpike -- killed comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, badly injured two other passengers and left Morgan in a coma for two weeks with severe injuries.

But Morgan's recovery seems to be heading in the right direction. This summer, after an emotional interview with Matt Lauer on his process of healing, Morgan was spotted walking without a cane and driving on his own. Most recently, he appeared onstage at last month's Emmys, saying he'd finally started feeling like himself again.

"Which means a whole lot of y’all women gonna get pregnant at the after-party," he joked.

Yeah, seems like he's back.
