WATCH: Travelistas Take New York: Studio Museum, Red Rooster And More

From feeding the stomach to feeding the soul, Travelistas Teri Johnson and Andrea Adams bask in the fun and culture of New York City.

On the second leg of their girlfriends' getaway, the ladies return to Harlem to explore the art, food, music and social scenes.

Andrea talks to the assistant curator at the Studio Museum of Harlem, an uptown institution, who walks her through the museum's latest exhibits. Bitten by the art bug, Andrea goes off to meet visual artist Sanford Biggers, a Harlem resident and global traveler. Sanford has exhibited at the Studio Museum and shows his fascinating artistry through various mediums.

While Andrea delves into the visual art scene, Teri continues to explore the musical roots of the city, and talks to Harlem pianist Jason Moran, who speaks about the neighborhood's storied musical past.

After taking in some culture, the ladies make the rounds at a few after-work spots, including 67 Orange Street, Corner Social, and Marcus Samuelsson's popular uptown restaurant, Red Rooster, where they dine on a mix of soul food and European fare.

To round out their uptown adventure, Andrea and Teri enjoy gospel music and a vibrant church service at First Corinthian Baptist Church.
