As Secretary of State, Clinton has gone viral all over again, this time as a BlackBerrying global diplomat with favorability ratings reaching 66 percent -- far higher than those of the boss, Barack Obama, who came from nowhere to knock her out of the 2008 presidential race. So will Clinton parlay the surge of goodwill into a 2016 White House run? When asked by Foreign Policy Editor in Chief Susan Glasser whether she was considering throwing her hat in the ring, Clinton replied, "No" -- but even top Chinese officials on her most recent trip couldn't help asking her if she would make one more try for the presidency.
