Trevor Noah Nails The First Lie Of The Debate

Hillary Clinton delved into fiction just seconds after the debate started.

The major news and talk shows fact-checked the presidential debate, but Trevor Noah beat everyone to the punch by pinpointing the very first lie.

On Monday’s “Daily Show,” Noah credited the dubious “first lie” honor to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, who seriously fibbed seconds into the debate with Donald Trump. It was the moment she said: “Donald, it’s good to be with you.”

Noah immediately called her on it.

“Ah, she’s crooked! She’s so crooked! The lies, Hillary!” he said. “Even Melania in the audience was like, ‘It’s never good to be with him. Don’t lie.’”

Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.
