Trevor Noah Passes Judgment On 'Real Brett' Kavanaugh

Christine Blasey Ford "still managed to remain surprisingly gracious and agreeable," the "Daily Show" host said.

Trevor Noah, host of “The Daily Show,” made it crystal clear where he stood on President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh after the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing Thursday.

“Emotionally, it was taxing,” Noah said of the hearing. “It was like a sad Super Bowl.”

Noah had kind words for Christine Blasey Ford, the California research psychologist who has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault when they both were in high school.

“Even as Dr. Ford sat through hours of grueling questioning, being asked to remember the tiniest details of something that happened over three decades ago, she still managed to remain surprisingly gracious and agreeable,” Noah said.

He also noted that Kavanaugh appeared to be extremely angry.

“Good Lord! This guy was such an asshole it looked like he was auditioning for a Snickers commercial,” Noah said.

He added, “You could feel real Brett coming through.”
