Your Childhood Might Officially Be Over After Watching 'Trolls' Twerk In New Trailer

Dead and gone.

Why does every person over the age of 30 think twerking, or the Whip and the Nae Nae, is the way to win over the hearts and minds of today's millennials?

Newsflash: It's not.

Enter the trailer for the DreamWorks movie "Trolls." Yes, those fluorescent toys that somehow managed to toe the line between creepy and amazing throughout your childhood.

The very necessary 2016 update has a new cast of trolls played by the likes of Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani. In the trailer, the voiceover tells us that these aren't your average trolls because "they sing, they dance and they have lots of fun."

The cast took to Twitter this January to introduce the world to their troll counterparts Poppy, Branch and DJ Suki. Yes -- there's a troll named DJ Suki and it's, of course, played by Gwen Stefani.

"Trolls" is in theaters Nov. 4, 2016.
