Face it. Trump supporters are racists. There's no doubt.

If a person supports a racist, they are a racist themselves.

From the first day, Trump proudly boasted his racism and xenophobia. It wasn't long before his fascist-leaning beliefs started to show through.

Remember the days when rednecks were proud to wear their sheets?

Point out to a Trump supporter that they are racist and all you get in return is scattered senseless and incompetent blathering. Trump supporters cannot make any point past some schoolyard taunt that has the mental equivalent of “nyaa, nyaa, nyaa.”

Seeing Trump supporters foam and flail as they try to wave off the allegation of racism is pitiful.

The thing I find most astonishing about today’s racists is their fervent desire to support Trump while insisting they aren’t racist in the least.

Way back, racists were arrogant in their racism. They wrapped it like a medal — or a sheet. Remember Bull Connor? How about George Wallace? There were two racists who obviously accepted what they were speaking. Alabama was full of people then who supported Wallace and Connor but denied they were bigoted racists.

Today’s racists try to protect their hypocrisy which they hide behind the label of "opinion". Their argument denying their racism is lukewarm, non-committal. I question why they trouble setting up a defense at all.

If a Trump supporter is so uncomfortable with being racist, why do they hide behind inadequate prevarications? They certainly know that racism is evil.

If they know it’s wrong — why maintain support for Trump.

If someone wants to help Trump and the hateful philosophy he represents, then do it with zeal.

Don your white sheet with pride. Gloat about your swastika armband.

Declare you’re a mouth-breathing bigot and be proud. Be true — not just with yourself, but the persons around you.

Risk being straight and perhaps you won’t be exploring those repressed reactions of anxiety and fear.

Be who you are. Flagrantly advocate your hatred and vote for your Racist-in-Chief.
