Trump is so damn fun. Tons of fun. Can't get enough of him. The life of the party. The crazier things he says -- the more fun it is.
That's the problem.
But it's getting to be that time for us to think about picking a president.
Trump can't be President. Jefferson wouldn't let a president call a woman a bimbo. Adams wouldn't give a thumbs up to a guy that was pitching that "we should have even a bigger military so that there would be no way anyone would ever fight us." Franklin wouldn't ever say Mexicans are rapists, or mock Asians or anybody else.
That's not us. That's not my America. That's not our America.
Trump is the guy at your party that was really funny when the party started, but his jokes are getting kind of old -- and you're kind of starting to wish he never showed up in the first place.
Party's over, Trump. Door's over there.
We need you to go home now so the rest of the party can get started.
