Right-wing commentator Jack Posobiec tweeted a poorly thought-out “explanation” as to why terrorist attacks never happen at NASCAR races: Fans are all armed.

Obviously, this is a stereotype and not even remotely accurate. But Posobiec is a known internet troll and was even one of the propagators of Pizzagate, so it’s not a surprising nor out-of-character tweet.
Also not a surprise? Twitter responding to the tweet en masse and turning Posobiec’s ill-advised words into a meme.
