You're washing your duvet on a regular basis. You're conditioning your itchy sweaters. You've got this laundry thing down.
Oh, except for those leather gloves you use to touch, um, everything.
Here are two ways to wash your hand warmers--no dry cleaner required.

If you have salt on them: Snowball fight resulted in some weird white stains? Treat your gloves as you would your salty boots and rub them down with vinegar. Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a bowl. Dab with a soft cloth (making sure not to rub the salt in further). The salt should lift right off.
If they're just grimy: Hi, you've sneezed in these gloves multiple times a day for weeks. Time to buy a $6 tin of saddle soap. Use a damp cloth to lather up a small amount of the soap all over the glove's exterior. Then use a clean, damp cloth to wipe away the soap residue (and, of course, the germs). You are free to go about your regularly scheduled winter routine.
