'Under The Dome': In 'The Fourth Hand,' Big Jim Suggests Gun Control For Chester's Mill (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)

The longer the inhabitants of Chester's Mill are trapped "Under the Dome," the higher the body count rises, thanks in no small part to the number of trigger-happy residents like Ollie Dinsmore (Leon Rippy) who are unwilling to share their supplies. In our exclusive preview clip above, Sheriff Linda (Natalie Martinez) points out that the townsfolk have a constitutional right to bear arms, but as Jim reasons, Chester's Mill might not technically be part of the United States anymore. Will the populace hand over their weapons willingly, or will Big Jim's attempts at gun control only cause more chaos? Tune in to "The Fourth Hand," Monday at 10 p.m. ET on CBS, to find out, and read an episode description below.
