Are you spending so much time at the computer that you are feeling like more of a head than a body?

If so, come back to Earth with this quick and easy yoga move, "Eagle Arms."

Doing this 1-3 times a day can help to open the shoulder joints and upper back, release shoulder and neck tension, stretch the arms and wrists, and free your breath.

Lastly, did you know that giving yourself a few minutes to recharge will actually increase your productivity. Why not give it a try?

And, as always, please let me know if you have any particular requests or questions about what you can do to unplug and recharge -- ask away in the comments below!
