Memphis's Westside Middle School has come up with a pretty good solution to combat tweens' sagging pants: "The Urkel Initiative." Yes, based on Steve Urkel's pulled-up-super-high pants, any boy caught with his drawers hanging out gets his trousers hiked way up and fastened with twist ties. And if that's not a fashion statement, we don't know what is.
