Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to President Barack Obama, has made combating sexual assault on college campuses a top priority within the administration. As part of HuffPost Live's weeklong series into the issue of rape at universities, Jarrett spoke with host Zerlina Maxwell on Monday about the "epidemic" of these assaults and how the government is working to ensure a safer culture for university students.
