Vanessa Bryant, Lisa Gastineau Joining 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'?

Vanessa Bryant, Lisa Gastineau Joining 'Housewives'

The search to mix up the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has led flocks of fabulous and rich housewives to casting calls. However, one person producers are very interested in meeting is Kobe Bryant's ex-wife, Vanessa Bryant.

"She would made a great addition to the cast," one insider told me. "She is now single and free and doesn't ever have to worry about earning another dollar in her life, so she can focus on what makes the show so much fun: herself."

TMZ reported that producers of VH1's "Basketball Wives" are also interested in having Vanessa join their cast, saying they are putting together an "extremely lucrative pitch for Vanessa." But after the divorce, it's not money Vanessa is looking for.

Another famous face set to meet "Housewives" producers is Lisa Gastineau, who formerly co-starred with her daughter on the E! Network's "Gastineau Girls," which ran from 2005 to 2006.

"Lisa is the opposite of Vanessa," the insider said. "She is the example of how not to get divorces. She has a wonderful life but works very hard to pay her bills and would love to find love again."

Lisa divorced NFL player Mark Gastineau in 1991 and has since been linked with Sylvester Stallone, Billy Idol and even infamous mobster John Gotti.

No decisions have yet been made about casting, and a spokesperson for Bravo had no comment.
