Victoria Jackson On Newtown Shooting Comments: 'I Don't Regret Anything'

Victoria Jackson Doesn't Regret Controversial Comments About Newtown Shooting

Tea Party enthusiast and former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Victoria Jackson isn't backing down from her controversial comments following the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., telling The Huffington Post, "I don't regret anything I have said."

"I meant that the grieving I feel for the Newtown children and parents is the same grieving I feel for aborted fetuses," the ultra-conservative pundit tells The Huffington Post. "Obama is milking this for political reasons. We need no more gun laws but should rather enforce the ones we have."

Victoria has come under a fire after a Facebook post on the day of the shootings. Now, she wants to make clear she is praying for the families involved.

"It is the saddest day. They’ll miss birthdays, wedding, having their own children. I pray supernatural comfort for each grieving mother, father, sister, brother and grandparent and friends in Newtown," says Victoria.
