Where's the justice in this casting?!

Former Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice has been tapped to star as one of the leads in Fox's upcoming remake of the classic midnight movie "Rocky Horror Picture Show."

Justice is set to play Janet Weiss -- Susan Sarandon's role in the original film -- one half of a naive, newly engaged couple who stumbles into the world of the self-described "sweet transvestite," Dr. Frank N. Furter.

When the remake was announced back in April of last year, we were highly skeptical that a mainstream cable network could capture what makes "Rocky Horror" so damn special 40 years after its release. Casting Laverne Cox as Dr. Frank N. Furter was a huge step in the right direction.

But in what world does choosing Justice as Janet make any sense, apart from trying to convince audiences that she has shed her child-star persona in favor of some more controversial fare.

This is "Rocky Horror" not "Spring Breakers," OK?

Along with Justice, Broadway star Ryan McCartan was cast as Brad, Reeve Carney of "Penny Dreadful" will play Riff Raff and model Staz Nair will fill out those famous gold shorts as Rocky.

Justice announced her involvement in the project on Twitter, calling the casting her "big secret."

Laverne Cox quickly expressed her excitement about working with her new cast members.

We're gonna watch this remake with one eye closed.
