You've met Sammie Kennedy before, right? If not, I am thrilled to introduce you to this powerhouse (and I mean that term in every possible way -- she is a dynamo in motivation power and could totally kick my ass).

Sammie is the founder of Booty Camp Fitness, one of the original boot camp programs that kicked off a major fitness craze. She is that kind of fire starter. Sammie is also a celebrated graduate of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program.

Recently, Sammie left the Booty Camp world behind and has moved forward as a motivating and empowering trainer. She doesn't play by fat grams, calories, scales and sickening "fat-free" chemical cocktail food.

Her focus is first and foremost on making fitness fun, approachable and supporting it with natural health in all other areas of your life.

Today, we get her superpowers all to ourselves as she shares with us three seriously powerful motivation strategies that will get us up off our tushies and getting our sweat on... something we all can use a little more of this time of year.

In today's episode of MeghanTV, Sammie offers some wildly helpful and super easy tips to get motivated to set and achieve both fitness goals and life goals. Tip number three is my personal favorite and for sure the most fun!

Sammie's tips can be applied to more than just our physical health. Total health includes each and every aspect of of our lifestyle and these tips can be applied to everything from sleep hygiene to the food we eat.
