At first, I was offended by the statement. As I let his words stew, I came to realize that Vaynerchuck is right. Yes, I am doing the work that needs to be done, but I am quick to sing the "Thank God It's Friday" song.

Gary is always driving the argument that you must hustle. How do you know if you’re hustling? You need to look at your calendar and see how are you spending your time.

Why? Because at the end of your life, when you are lying are on your death bed you want to look back at your life and say "I lived full, and I am dying on empty." That is what it means to hustle.
