1992 -- Wade Michael Page joined the U.S. Army in 1992. He served in the psychological operations unit and worked as a Hawk Missile System repairman at Fort Bragg, N.C. Page received the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct award, the National Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal and Parachutist Badge.
October 1998 -- Wade Michael Page was allegedly disciplined for being drunk on duty and was demoted from sergeant to specialist, sources told Reuters. Page was ultimately administratively discharged from the military under less-than-honorable circumstances, police said. 1999 -- A man bearing the name Wade Michael Page was convicted of DUI and driving without a valid license in Denver, Colo., according to Fox News. 2000 -- Wade Michael Page went on cross country trip visiting friends and attending festivals in Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia and California. Page eventually moved to Littleton, Colo., where he allegedly tried to purchase goods from the neo-Nazi Natioanl Alliance, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
2001 -- Wade Michael Page played bass guitar for the band Youngland. Page also filled in for a variety of other bands, including Celtic Warrior, Radikahl, Max Resist, Intimidation One, Aggressive Force and Blue Eyed Devils.
2003 -- Wade Michael Page left Youngland. The reason for his departure is unclear. 2005 -- Wade Michael Page founded the rock/punk band End Apathy.
April 2006 -- Wade Michael Page reportedly got a job as a truck driver with Granger, Iowa-based Barr-Nunn transportation.
April 2010 -- Wade Michael Page was interviewed by Label 56, the label that carries End Apathy's music.
August 2010 -- Wade Michael Page left his job with Barr-Nunn transportation. August 28, 2010 -- Page and his band mates played at the Independent Artist Uprise in Baltimore, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
2011 -- Wade Michael Page lived with bandmate Brent Rackley, in dad Joseph Rackley's Nashville, N.C. house for about six months, The Associated Press reported. July 2012 -- Wade Michael Page moved to Milwaukee, Wis., and lived in an apartment building in Cudahy. The building landlord told police Page held a night job making welding supplies.
August 5, 2012 -- Wade Michael Page, whom police have described as a heavy-set Caucasian man with a shaved head and numerous tattoos, stormed the Sikh temple. Page allegedly shot six people to death and wounded three others. Wade was killed outside the temple in a shootout with police officers. A motive in the case is unclear.
