The speculation surrounding the 2016 presidential election has already begun. There is talk of candidacies from Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush, Cory Booker, and Chris Christie, but one rapper is supporting an entirely different candidate -- himself.

Last fall, rapper Waka Flocka Flame was very vocal in the lead-up to the election, commenting on the debates between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, and voicing his support of President Obama. He took things a step further when he teased the idea of his own run for president in 2016, adding the hashtag #FlockaForPresident2016, and asking his Twitter followers "Who finna be my VP?"

Lest the public forget about his presidential ambitions, Waka took to Twitter this week to announce his candidacy again.

Born Juaquin Malphurs, Waka Flocka Flame is 26 years old, a minor detail that will keep the rapper from meeting the age of candidacy requirement of 35.
