'Walking Dead' Creator May Have Spoiled A Shocking Death

Did The 'Walking Dead' Creator Just Reveal A Major Spoiler?

Huge "Walking Dead" spoilers! Do not proceed if you don't want your mind to be blown.

"Walking Dead" fans might want to sit down for this.

While on Comedy Central's "@midnight," "Walking Dead" series and comic-book creator Robert Kirkman completely rocked everyone's world. After being asked to give fake spoilers for the show, he said, "Eventually, a character named Negan is introduced, and he's going to bash in Glenn's brains with a baseball bat called Lucille." Pretty crazy, right? Except for the fact that this actually happens in the comics! And it happens right about now in the storyline.

It's cool, everyone. Calm down. After the crowd's palpable shock, Kirkman said, "It's a comedy show!" Plus, it's not like Glenn picked up a baseball bat in the last episode or anything ...

... except he did!

Well, okay. There's a bat. But at least this particular death hasn't been speculated about for months ...

The AMC show has already seen two major deaths recently, but this would arguably be more shocking since Glenn was around from Season 1. And poor Maggie, right? First Beth, and now this? That lady needs a break.

It is good to keep in mind that Kirkman was asked for fake spoilers, and one of the other ones he gave was that the group would find a working Chili's. So just keep things in perspective.

However, if this week's episode opens with everyone eating Loaded Potato Skins, all bets are off.

HuffPost Entertainment reached out to Kirkman's reps and will update this post if and when a response is received.

"Walking Dead" airs Sunday at 9:00 p.m. ET on AMC.
