Washington Polls 2012: What You Need To Know

For those who live in the state of Washington, here's what you need to know about voting on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.

The closing time for submitting your ballot in Washington state is 11 p.m. local time. The opening time is 10 a.m. local time.

Washington will grant 12 electoral votes in the presidential race. The state has voted for the Democratic presidential candidate every year since 1988.
