These Kids Reciting A Powerful Poem Is Uplifting In The Best Way

"Say it: I exist!"

There are few things more inspiring than seeing black children feel empowered.

Evidence of that is this video featuring six children from Achievement First Endeavor Elementary School in Brooklyn, New York -- ages five to ten -- reaffirming their value and potential with the poem "Say It, Sing It If The Spirit Leads" by Joshua Bennett.

Watch these little humans express their self-love in a big way in the video above.

This video was edited by Kohar Minassian, shot by Sam Wilkes and Jon Strauss and produced by Choyce Miller, Jacques Morel and Skylar Wesby for HuffPost Originals. Special thanks to poet Joshua Bennett, Achievement First Endeavor, Melinda Morel and Jessenia Rios.
